Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Spice Mix
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp ground cardamon
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup roasted pumpkin or pumpkin puree
3 eggs
2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix dry ingredients and spices together in medium-large sized bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together in a smaller bowl.
Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix together until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased loaf or muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-35 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
